What is it:

The Subtle Body School is an 8-week online course that teaches you our foundational methodology. You’ll learn and embody tools that bring you deep your subtle body - such as energetic mapping, kriya, pranayama techniques, mantra, and intuitive listening.

Whether you’re a practitioner, yoga teacher, or simply desire to learn our most transformational tools to access more vitality, this is for you.

This is a foundational course and is accessible for everyone – but don’t be surprised by just how deep we will go together.

*Upon completion, you’ll receive a foundations of the Subtle Body certificate, which is a prerequisite for our advanced trainings and pathways. This is where your deeper journey with us begins.

Brooke Nally

I’ve been devoted to studying the mind, the body, and our energy systems since I was just a little girl. What I’ve found the most fascinating is working with the subtle body - With over 12 years of practicing and teaching yoga, I've discovered that understanding and working with the subtle body is the key to radically transforming our lives. Everything -- EVERYTHING that is manifested externally originates internally. Change your inner world and watch the outer world reflect.

Steph Nally

Steph has a degree in Exercise + Sport Science with a Nutrition Minor, and has studied and been influenced by Ashtanga, Hatha, Tantra, Himalayan, and Kundalini schools. Her approach to yoga is playful yet grounded, and her intention is to connect you with your breath, alignment, and the more subtle aspects of yourself. Her classes are accessible to all levels and often incorporate arm balances and inversions, mantra, and meditation. Steph currently leads immersive retreats and programs around the world and online that provide the opportunity to dive deeply into traditional practices, recalibrate your nervous system, and establish balancing rituals that deepen a sense of peace and joy.
