MY LIFE TRANSFORMED WHEN

I was initiated into kriya & mantra meditation.

Since then, I’ve been working with my morning sadhana (morning practice) every single day for the last 4+ years. I might have missed a day here or there, but it’s the most consistent practice I have in my life.

The practices work from the inside out — combining breath techniques, kriya, mantra, and meditation.

In the last couple years, everything in my life seems to have changed for the better. I’ve been able to leave opportunities that weren’t aligned, and follow my divine callings exactly to where I’m meant to be. My life has taken me around the world and back a couple times, following what I like to call spontaneous right action.

While I don’t know for sure that it was my morning practice that changed my life — looking back, everything seems to have changed starting from that point of gestation.

Here’s 3 reasons you need a morning routine:

  1. You’ll move through the day feeling more clear, energized, and grounded

The way you start your day is the most important part of your day. The vibration you initiate during your morning is going to snowball effect into the rest of your day. Waking up and starting your day with meditation to calm the nervous system, breathwork to excite and energize you, and journaling to create a clear vision of what you want IS EVERYTHING. My life has completely changed since doing this. Guaranteed you will experience more energy, more confidence, and more clarity.

2. Over time, you’ll notice huge shifts.

Your morning sadhana, or morning routine, isn’t something that’s going to change your life in one day. Yes, it will change your day, but the real shifts come when you practice your morning routine over time. What we’re doing, is creating a new neuralpathway — a new habit, if you will, that is the best habit you could ever cultivate. A habit of committing to yourself — of becoming more clear. A habit that helps you be the best version of yourself.

3. You will get better at responding rather than reacting.

The more we step into a level of awareness, witnessing ourselves as

What my morning practice really created for me — was starting off every single day with powerful transformative techniques that help me tap into pure potential.

I can’t explain totally with words what these techniques do — but what I will say is after practicing them consistently, you start to experience feelings of clarity, peace, pure bliss, and connection to your Self beyond your ego.

This allowed me to be more productive in my work, follow these spontaneous callings that were aligned for me and my life, and generally be more clear about who I am and what I want.

If this sounds like something you’ve been looking for —I’m accepting clients to work with  1:1 to help them cultivate a morning ritual practice specifically designed for you.
