Kriya & Breathwork: Clearing the "residual noise" of the past year so you can hear your own intuition again.
Devotional Rhythm: Establishing a way of moving through the day that feels like a ceremony, not a chore.
Integration: Turning conceptual "aha!" moments into physical reflexes.
